Ofix N Domingo branch has the best staff ever, they manage to juggle Facebook chat support, walk in customers and answer phone calls.
I must commend the two staff, they were able to handle all of this.
Best way to contact them: Through Facebook chat, fast, quick and responsive during business hours.
Financing: The place accept credits cards, installment payments available only for BPI and Metrobank credit card users.
Things to improve: I hope the management gives the staff appropriate working space, desk and chairs and fix the showroom at the ground floor.
Only a few customer go up to the second floor.
The air-conditioning units needs to be fixed as well, the place is hot we were already sweating while trying the chairs out, staff has to use a small computer fan to keep themselves cool.
No matter how good the reviews are, all of us have different body types and preferences. Make sure you try it out first before buying it if it fits you're needs.

Read moreWe went to this branch last 060224 (sunday) looking for an ergonomic chair. The staff was accomodating.. The chairs were located on the 2nd floor.
The chair I chose was out of stock on that day. The staff said that it will be delivered by early June. Full payment was required, with only a strip of paper given indicating that I have actually paid. They said that the official receipt will be included upon delivery of the product.
It arrived the next day. The box is truly disappointing.. This is by far the worst packaging I have ever received. For price of 10k, they could have at least packed it decently enough.
There were dents and black smudges found on some places. Since the chair is white/gray, it is easily seen while assembling it. I don't know if what they sent is new. Some parts are even dusty that sitting on it for several hours caused some itching on my legs.
Bought this due to its features - the adjustments on this chair are actually good. For its price though, they could have inspected, wrapped and boxed it better.

Read moreWent to their store for an ergonomic chair. Before payment it was agreed that they will deliver the item on a box and assemble it at home, so we can really check if it is a new stock. What they did was, they delivered it assembled c/o lalamove and found out it has damage. Customer service is very poor, they didn't call, we didn't stop calling them also because of the amount we paid. It seems the warehouse guy made a way to let go of their old stocks with damages! This should have been check by your QA. As you can check online, some chairs are on sale because of small stain, scratch, backrest issue but the one we bought has no indicated damages and sales personnel is also aware that we are looking for a new chair.
I hope the management is strict with warehouse personnel who allow delivery of damage item since it affects the name of your business. They replaced the backrest part after 4 days,still not a good experience for a first time buyer...
