Brother’s Burger at BGC High Street has been one of my go-to burger spots in the metro for nearly two decades. While there are plenty of burger joints around, this one remains an OG favorite.
I usually order their Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and their classic burger, and both are really good. The quality of their ingredients and the way they prepare their food is what makes it stand out. However, service can be a bit slow—but that’s because they make everything fresh. It’s definitely worth the wait, but just make sure to eat it right away to enjoy it at its best.
One downside is that the space is quite small, so during peak hours like lunch or dinner, it can be tough to get a table. If that happens, I recommend getting takeout and finding a nice spot nearby to enjoy your food.
Overall, I’d rate it 4 out of 5. If they could speed up the service a little while maintaining the same great taste and quality, this would easily be one of the best burger spots in town. Definitely a must-visit for...
Read moreMy favorite burger is Blues Brother. It has the usual 1/3 pound patty, mushroom, lettuce, and blue cheese dressing which adds excitement to the burger. The bun is soft and the over-all taste is satisfying as the portion is big enough.
I gave 4 stars due to the staff. I have a senior with me who sat at the outside dining, and when I showed the senior card during payment and placed it on the counter very near the cashier, she still asked me to give it to her. Silly me, I still gave it when she can just pick it up from the counter in front of her. I let that slide with no comments.
Then when I arrived home to eat my burgers, no label was written on the outside of each burger so I had to open all the burgers to find my Blues Brother. Such a little thing really but staff manner does not match with the good food offered. Can be improved if...
Read moreWe dined out here last year when it was a month long series of BOGO (buy one get one) of a corresponding food in their menu each day from Monday til Saturday. We tried their milkshakes, chicken, chilidog and burritos.
Their milkshake is milky and I love it just way it is. Their chicken wings is small and their garlic parmesan is too salty for me. Their chilidog reminds me of my college when we used to hang out with this famous silogan in our town. And their chilidog is also a blockbuster which resembles the taste of the Brothers Burger's chilidog. Their burritos is big. I suggest that you need to have someone to share it with because it has this "umay" factor. Nevertheless, it tastes good. And in case you need another serving of its special sauce, it's not free and you have to...
