Aveiro City Museum — Attraction in Aveiro

Hoje, 28/4/2023, visitei o museu com a minha parceira. O museu em si foi agradável. Após a visita, na gift shop, estavam 3 funcionários, 2 meninas e um homem mais velho. pedi ajuda a uma delas e ela foi extremamente simpática e prestável, óptimo atendimento. Decidi comprar algo e ela estava a tratar do troco quando o homem mais velho que, presumo eu, será colega dela, a começou a criticar por "não saber onde estava o fundo de caixa", em tom sarcástico, condescendente e extremamente arrogante. Foi muito desconfortável para mim e para a minha companheira, e notei que ambas as funcionárias também ficaram desagradadas com a situação. Péssima experiência, alguém com um ego e atitude assim não devia trabalhar com pessoas e muito menos em atendimento ao público. À funcionária em causa, lamento que tenha passado por aquilo para me dar trocos de uma compra. Espero que não seja recorrente.

Seguramente el peor museo dedicado a una ciudad que he visitado. No contextualiza prácticamente nada; los contenidos son bastante aleatorios, inconexos y poco profundos, y sales de allí sin saber mucho más de Aveiro de lo que podrías conocer en un vistazo rápido a Wikipedia. Los materiales son en general pobres. Especialmente esperpéntico es un panel dedicado a la sociedad aveirense en el que se nombran asociaciones de la ciudad y se supone que al lado hay fotos de personas locales (invitan a que la gente envíe la suya y todo), pero evidentemente son todo fotos de stock o generadas por IA y repetidas una y otra vez.
