Sweet Workshop — Attraction in Aveiro

This wasn't worth calling it a workshop. We were the only ones there with 4 adults and 4 children. Most of the time it was listening to the guy who worked there talk about the history of ovos moles and watching a movie. Everything was already prepared, the only thing we did was put a little bit of cream in the mold. We couldn't even cut them out. Fascinating experience in Aveiro, a must-do if you like ovos moles and are interest in their preparation. We booked a private session (10€ per person) in English and Tiago explained us the history of ovos moles, their preparation, the recipe for the yolk cream and made us fill, close and cut our on ovos moles, and of cours eat them! Very interesting workshops. The host - Tiago, talks very interestingly, has great knowledge and tells everything in an interesting way - he uses English fluently (CONGRATULATIONS). Even though I was the only workshop participant that day due to very bad weather conditions, they were not canceled and were conducted very professionally.
