Buda Burguer — Restaurant in Cascais

We got ours delivered, but still excellent!

We ordered the Hambúrguer Kabir (Pão brioche, duplo burger black angus de 160 gramas, queijo cheddar, alface, tomate, cebola caramelizada e bacon, acompanha com batata frita) (Brioche bun, 2 Angus patties, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onion, and bacon, accompanied by French fries). It was a big gooey greasy slice of heaven.

This is not a burger you want to eat on a first date, because, well, it's a bit of a handful. You will definitely use both of the napkins they provide. But what a fantastic symphony of tastes! The only thing that would make it better is if it had pickles. The brioche bun is delectable, but prone to fall apart a bit if you tarry too long over the burger, which you won't want to, as it fairly screams "I want in your belly!"

Really good fries as well. I think this is the best burger I've had since moving to Portugal eight months ago. If you're from Southern California, these burgers are reminiscent of My Father's Office or Umami Burgers. Generous portions of high-quality ingredients, assembed with care.

We didn’t order enough to really sample the menu properly but what we did order was great.

We ordered 2 portions of the mini burgers which was plenty to share among 3 kids. They are much bigger than typical “mini burgers”. The buns are super soft and so is the meat. Perfectly cooked, soft and you can taste the beef. They came in coloured buns.. which while interesting to look at, didn’t do anything for the flavour.

The French fries are shaped like little spoons, the perfect shape to scoop up their house mayonnaise.

We started with the fried Manioc which are essentially cassava fries. Soft on the inside, crispy on the outside.

Had dinner there about 2 months ago. Took a burger with meat and mushrooms — ended with a severe intoxication, which lasted 2 days. Personnel was not friendly as well: I was together with my partner, asked to take the table for 4 persons, because there was sofa, the whole cafe was empty, and they still refused....
