A huge shoutout out to the butcher on the corner, Tahlo do Nuno Félix, who provide first-class customer service. I brought my dog to Lisbon with me and I need to make her dog food from scratch. I work with the same butcher every week and and he de-bones and grinds chicken for me and sets the bones aside to make broth.
