The restaurant fools you for a Brazilian steak house. The service was the only good thing here. The music is definitely Brazilian, but not one I expected to hear while having a meal. Sertanejo songs all along. If you like it, you’ll like it. If you don’t, you’ll be as annoyed as I got. Regarding the food, that was my biggest disappointment. The cut is so thin you cannot savory the meat. It comes very dry and it’s almost impossible to get a good medium rare meat. It looks and tastes like a dry carpaccio. The picanha has no flavor, and so hasn’t the maminha. We order a plate, that came with loads of sides. The french fries were tasting like those dirty clothes from the sink, not at all like it was supposed to taste. The “Rodízio” is exactly the same. The meat comes as this carpaccio, not like the real Brazilian Rodízio. I felt completely deceived because they don't tell you these "details" before you place your order. It was like throwing money in the trash and still getting angry...

For what you pay, you can get better. The place has a really cool vibe, but the "all you can eat" concept is disrupted from getting way too small amount of meat served every time.. im not there to eat myself full on the side dishes. I come to a place, which name includes "picanha" expecting to eat lots of meat. Here to order the beef, receive 3 small pieces and when you turn around to order more, everyone is so busy it takes a while to get someone to take your next order of beef, and then 5min, sometimes even later you receive your next small serving. This is very frustrating for someone who came here to expect eating yourself full on beef. When you have to wait sometimes 10minutes before you get served more. O conceito de rodízio perde-se, quando o pedido tem que ser feito numa app. O atendimento/servicos é bom e acolhedor ,existe simpátia, mas fica aquém das expectativas de um espírito e convívio de rodízio. pedido ter que ser feito através de app, gera confusão, pois sendo rodízio e ficar 1 pessoa só a fazer pedidos é incomodativo e aborrecido para uma nessa grande, perde-se o momento do convívio, e faz com que estejamos tempo à espera e que comida fique fria rapidamente … a qualidade da carne é média é após se pedir 3/4 vezes fica muito abaixo do esperado , mal cortada e completamente cheia de nervos… Deixo sugestão, caso pretendam integrar mais famílias, o desconto ser até aos 9A, parece-se muito pouco. sendo uma refeição /rodízio que fica 25€/ pess mínimo, não terem incluídos , molhos , exceção maionese, farófia, maionese com alho , banana frita … faz parte sendo rodízio de carnes, fica aquém das expectativas/preco, sugiro, que repensem na oferta / variedade apresentada fase ao preço cobrado. Exemplo: gostaria de ter provado a sangria maracujá , mas só vendem ao jarro, completamente limitativo para quem só pretendia beber um copo ou se faz acompanhar por outras pessoas que não bebem bebidas com álcool , por exemplo.

A relação preço/ qualidade não correspondem, muito caro, para um serviço que é o cliente que pede e tem pouquíssima variedade na oferta. Fica pela experiência, neste conceito não...
