We stumbled upon this viewpoint on our walk back from dinner to our hotel. Wandering down alleyways, we saw a medium sized gathering of people and it picqued our curiosity, so, of course, we went to investigate.

Miradouro da Victoria is a viewpoint area with great sunset views of Porto, the river, Louis l Bridge, monuments and Gaia.

It's not a large area, so it can become crowded at peak sunset times. Be mindful walking with open toed shoes, the area is dimly lit and has areas with rubble, rocks and trash present, making it easy to stumble and/or trip. Please be safe!

There is a small tree for shade if needed. There was a nice breeze on our visit and a street musician to create a nice ambiance.
