We had the best morning here yesterday with my 2 daughters (4 and 7). While it wasn’t a guided tour Lucinia (apologies for incorrect spelling!) was the most inspiring teacher my girls could have had- if only all teachers/guides could deliver the information in such a wonderfully immersive, educational and exciting way! This place is incredible, small but perfectly formed for inquisitive little minds. Having visited the London Science Museum on numerous occasions and found it overbearing, inaccessible for little ones and lacking in personality, this small local science centre really made a huge impression on us, spending an entire morning here for an incredibly reasonable entrance fee before a beautiful lunch in a local restaurant. Our guide Veronica was very engaged and involved my son (6) in all kinds observations and experiments that he talked about the rest of the day. Ricardo did experiments with a small group of kids of different ages and they all(including myself!), were very intrigued and excited.
