Dear management,

I just want to raise an complain regarding one security staff or i think the head security staff name bejoy (not sure by name) his like bold hair with a chubby body .

I came today in al ashmak mall to bought something for breakfast in McDonalds . And One guy with security saw a lady sleeping in the table and directly look at me and ask for a loud voice and unprofessional way "this is ur friend"? And i don't have any idea who's that girl . So i feel so bad the way he ask me . No any "excuse me" or "good-morning" or even "hi" "hello" So as visitor and u will encounter this situation early in the morning u will feel so bad.

He should not act like that specially if his working in retail's industry.

For me as a visitors and customer i will not coming back that mall again because the way he treated me is so unethical behavior !

Good service. Well set up. Every thing you need for your home. Under one roof !!only one complant the packaging and dispach department. We bought one very nice Peice of furniture of them. Told the boys to be careful with it because it was glass. They took it away like they didn't care tryed to put some wheels under it which didn't work. So they put it on a trolley jack. Ruff as gusts! !!maybe they didn't understand. To cut a long story short when we get it to the flat the glass top is cracked. It's one of a kind and can really be repaired or replaced so they tell us.they can only refund the money. We like the Peice so we have to live with it. Sad...
