It’s a decent supermarket. You will be surprised what you can find there, there are multiple variety of items. I just hate their fruits and vegetables, and how crowded this place always get. بشكل عام ممتاز، لكن منتجاتهم من الفواكه والخضروات غير جيدة.

IKTISAB CARD is the worst... my first card got frozen, then i Got the new CARd and called customer support to activate and transfer the 70SAR balance which I had in old card, they said its done. the next day I went to Dabab Othaim and the NEW card also FROZEN. so this IKTISAB thing looks FAKE to me, and i think they don't want customers to use the IKTISAB rewards.... also the Dabab Othaim staff is not friendly...

Soon I will stop going OTHAIM and start going PANDA again.... at PANDA i can get discount without having any card and their staff is nice...

othaim is good But everything is not available their. othaim market has limited space.I remember last time.when i visited at othaim market and their was little rush of people. i couldn't move easily with trolley.Every 2min i had to stop for given side to others.Malls should be big and one more thing their should be...
