I enjoyed this beach. It's very small and isn't that amazing but there's a bar right on the beach that has good prices for the areas. I also brought a Cigar and enjoyed a Cigar and drink in one of the lounge chairs they have on the beach. It's a very relaxing experience. The sun starts to go away in the afternoon so It was also pretty shady for a sunny day. Great place to relax, not the best place to swim. The water seems to just be dug out to provide a swimming area. It's great for cooling off but it's not that big of an area so I could see it getting crowded very quickly.

Lovely beach but a bit small. I can imagine in the busy season it might not be worth going to. There is a lot of seating for free, on site bar, close to Duval Street, lounge chairs only $15 for the day if you want to sit back. Good place to bring some goggles to watch fish, but the waves from boats can kick up and push you into the rocks so be careful! Really the cons are few but could be issues, like the small beach, small swimming area compared to some other locations. During the off season these really aren’t issues

Very very small little beach not a far walk away from the northern point of old town and Duval street. ***beware came here at night to watch the sunset and there was a fair amount of locals drinking beers, smoking weed which may not be what you want your kids to witness. However the locals were tame, dancing to some tropical music and having a good old time. Very relaxed non threatening vibe. The water was warm and the party scene pretty chill.

This was an unexpected find. We were on the south side by the Most Southern Point and the beaches there were dirty, windy, dark sand churning in the water and tons of seaweed. I decided we should try the north side of the island. Simonton Street took us right into this nice beach. Small but clean water, low winds and nice people. There's a bar on the beach, chairs rent for $15 per day. Parking is good and at $5/hour.

Nice little beach with a great view of Wisteria Island, also known as Christmas Tree Island. There are lounge chairs with umbrellas for rent, $15 all day, provided by the bar. The small pier is perfect for jumping in the ocean. There is a free parking lot and kayak rack. As well as a place to lock up your bicycle. Very nice spot to watch the sunset, and ground with our beautiful mother Earth.

Great, little beach. There were about 40/50 people there at the time we were there and it didn't feel crowded. Crystal clear water. There will be some small pebbles under foot, so if that's going to make you uncomfortable, wear water shoes. There's a beach bar nearby with a bathroom available. So convenient. Can't say enough good things. It's like we found a hidden gem.
