Was not pushy with her sales at all and she told me to follow my heart when choosing instead of blinding forcing me to get any bigger purchase like other salesperson. Update20 SEPT: I purchased a gold bracelet from Love and Co in March, and the bell fell off after just five months. I contacted the JEM outlet, and they quoted me $80 for the repair. Having previously worked in a jewelry store, I am well-acquainted with proper jewelry care and maintenance. Given my experience, I am particularly surprised and disappointed to see such a problem with a piece of gold jewelry after such a short period of time. Given the bracelet's high value and the short time I've had it, I find this response surprising and unsatisfactory. I've emailed them twice and sent a DM on Instagram, but I still haven’t received any response. Those looking to get your expensive jewelry from them, please consider.

Update 8 Oct: I continuously reached out to Love and Co., and thanks to the lemon law, I eventually received a replacement for my bracelet. I’m incredibly grateful to have worked with Viola, who handled everything so responsibly, even though she wasn't the one who sold me the gold bracelet. Her dedication to resolving my issue, along with her thoughtful communication, made the entire process so much smoother for me and it truly made a difference, and I really appreciate her efforts. She is undoubtedly a great asset to the company. I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Viola during my recent experience with Love and Co.

Went to the JEM outlet and was served by Viola which provided a lot of insights on choosing the different types of wedding bands (both 999 gold and 18k gold) She was really patient in showing us the designs we liked and spent about 2+ hours talking with us (WHICH IS INSANE and I really appreciate) she’s really passionate about her job and the way she explains everything ~

Did not feel pressured into making an impulsive purchase as well as by now we’ve already been to several locations and brands. I initially wanted to visit love & co earlier but assumed they didn’t have much pure gold options as wedding bands but to my surprise they do and I must say the designs are really the nicest amongst the popular gold shops.

After talking for 2+ hours, we told her we wanted to think about it first and she was still really nice and told us not to worry and carefully think about it. Did not pressure us as well which was really nice of her ❤️

She even showed us that it would be included with a ring box which initial engraving which would be perfect for rom and a set of couple bear 🥹 She says that here it’s not only about them selling a product but also about providing a good experience which I love and agree so much!!! It really was fated to have met Viola here ~

Disappointing Quality & Poor Resolution

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of Love & Co.’s rose gold necklace. I bought one, and within three months, the chain broke. I was given an exchange, but the replacement broke again in the same short timeframe.

For a necklace that costs around $560, (the chain costs $110-$120 if I want to repurchase), I expected much better durability. Instead of offering a proper solution, the only suggestion I received was to purchase a thicker chain in white gold—which is not what I originally wanted. My pendant is in rose gold. This just shows that their rose gold chains are too weak and poorly made.
