Was my first time trying this store and was surprised to see how little the toppings were. I was used to generous toppings from Yole and Llaollao - so I was so taken aback when I looked at my yoghurt and saw just a few pieces of mango. I asked the girl at the counter why, and if she can please add a little more, she said it was the SOP from management. Felt rather measly for $6.50. Yoghurt also become mush in a matter of minutes. Place an order via Foodpanda at 827pm (Smöoy Jem) and the staff message me (via panda app) claiming an error occurred cause they don't received my order and now rider waiting at their shop to collect my orders. How can they didn't received my order when there's rider also waiting to collect it. Even the panda app stated they are preparing my orders. Then they claimed it could be system glitch as they are already close at 830pm. Why your website indicates the shop closes at 930pm? I think the staff are not honest. They expect me to cancelled my order, of which if I did, I won't be getting any...

Brought the kids here for desserts. Personally, I found their yogurt too sweet for my liking, but my kids loved it. There’s quite a fair bit of selection for the flavors of the yogurt compared to competitive brands. The toppings were similar though. My kid had the white chocolate and I tried it. Personal opinion is that the quality not as good as the green competitor for the white chocolate.
