Food: Food was underwhelmingly average. “Signature” dark chocolate soufflé was wet inside and way too sweet, in a nasty gelat way, non of the texture you would imagine of a fluffy soufflé. Not smth I would ever order again.
Meat-free carbonara left an odd powdery texture on the teeth for some strange reason (not because of the grated cheese), which leaves an unpleasant aftertaste I had to rinse with drink to rid of. Baby spinach was ok.
Partner’s pork don was v regular and was nothing fantastic, portion was small and taste/texture were meh. Ordered a lunch set meal and the salad that came was miserably small.
On service and atmosphere: Short hair lady staff (feels like restaurant IC?) guided us to metal chair seats in middle of the room with no cushion backing, despite the restaurant being less than 30% full and many multiple cushion seats available. A 2-pax group came in after us and they were guided to a 4 seater cushion seat, lol. Also music sounded more of China vibes than Japan or France.
They also apparently had some promo of $50 for a $60 voucher, but ofc you couldn’t use it on that bill. “You can only use it tomorrow onwards”.
Also we wanted to use grab dineout for payment. The cashier staff (same short hair lady) was slightly hostile in telling us that “if you were to pay with grab dine out, we would have to remove every discount for the set meal as the grab dineout can only be used for ala carte items”. We had an Ala carte item but she was inflexible with splitting bill. Perhaps benefit of doubt it’s a restaurant policy, but it leaves a nasty experience overall. Maybe they’re not super supportive of grab dineout discounts lol.
Overall: We came here to have a more pleasant meal after a somewhat negative medical news, however, experience at this restaurant overall was 1/10, even with the premium pricing. Service staff weren’t the most polite and should probably undergo more training. “Save the grab dine out deal for next trip here”, more like pretty sure we’ll never eat here...

Title: Exceptional Dining at Miam Miam, Westgate!
Rating: 5/5
Miam Miam at Westgate is a hidden gem that exceeded my expectations. This French-Japanese fusion restaurant offers an intimate and cozy atmosphere, perfect for special occasions or casual gatherings.
Food Highlights:
Truffle Tender Loin Steak Don: Cooked to perfection, the tenderloin steak was juicy, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The rich, earthy truffle flavor elevated this dish to new heights. Served on a bed of Japanese rice, this masterpiece was a harmonious blend of East meets West. Ocean Arrabiata: This seafood pasta dish was a symphony of flavors and textures. Spicy arrabiata sauce, succulent seafood (prawns, scallops, and mussels), and al dente pasta created a truly unforgettable experience. Dark Chocolate Soufflé: The pièce de résistance! This rich, decadent soufflé was a chocolate lover's dream come true. Light, airy, and indulgently chocolatey, it paired perfectly with the accompanying vanilla ice cream.
Service and Ambience:
Attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured a seamless dining experience. Cozy and intimate atmosphere, ideal for dates or special occasions. Modern decor with French and Japanese influences.
Standout Features:
Quality ingredients and expert preparation. Innovative fusion menu offering something for everyone. Exceptional value for the price.
Verdict:
Miam Miam at Westgate is a must-visit for food enthusiasts seeking a memorable dining experience. With its exceptional cuisine, inviting atmosphere, and top-notch service, this restaurant has earned its place among the best in Singapore.
Price Range: Moderate to upscale ($20-$50 per main course)
Recommended For: Special occasions, date nights, foodies, and those seeking a unique dining experience.

Read moreI would normally give a great rating if everything falls in order.
Went to this place last week . I would give a 5 star to the manager and their team who serve us except for one staff who actually gave our order to another table and have us waiting.
Ordered the clam soup and from the menu , it stated add Garlic Bread to go along with the soup and so we did. But after the soup came , I waited for like 30 mins for my garlic bread because of that one staff who serve the garlic bread to the other table instead. And we highlighted to the staff that our garlic bread wasn’t here yet and our soup is already cold. Yet it wasn’t served to our table until all the other main dishes had been served.
Not to complain but this is just my honest opinion that service staff should better coordinate on which customer to serve first and if the garlic bread is to be served along the soup please make sure it is being done so.
And then I also ordered their OG pancakes . The texture is dry and not butter soft kind . (My honest opinion) . I waited for another 20 mins for this . But it’s okay as the manager already mention that I have to order it early if I would not want to wait that long for dessert after meal.
But overall satisfaction for the food will be given 1-2 stars as it’s really not that good.
Just to highlight to management that they should actually improve the way the staff should coordinate and work as even though your food is not that good but if you have great team working with you most customer will...
