I went there on a weekday evening and on a public holiday.
On a weekday it seemed peaceful and relaxed kids had fun running around playing with each other and the place looked big and fun enough even my son who is seven had fun.
I went today for Labour Day. It was absolute chaos!!!!!! I donât know how to explain except that it was like a market! They allowed in too many parents and children and the place was over filled to the brim and there was no proper organisation! The noise level was so HIGH! Absolute no if your kids donât like noisy places, you should try on weekday afternoons. I am not sure if they took the time to sanitize the place like other parks. The exit is blocked with so much of stuff so everyone was leaving through the entry. They have shoe cabinets but no place to put bags and water bottles especially since they have a weird rule of no water. No other park has such rules.
If you have multiple kids you have to be careful and watch them closely as the staff will let anyone out through entry. The entry gate is not properly closed majority of the time and if you have little kids they can just run out.
Hope they can improve their systems and have a proper entry and exit and donât leave it so open. It is also partially their responsibility to keep the entry gate closed for safety reasons.
I was so shocked at how crazy the place was today. I have never experienced this even on weekends at other parks. The staff also need to stop yelling at each other to manage thingsâŚneed to plan ahead and be professional.
Iâm giving it four stars still cos my kids still had fun and the...

TLDR: my kid had lots of fun (5/5), but adults suffered from back pain which impacted the experience. (3/5)
Positive points: relatively good variety of play in a compact area, maze is extensive enough. I particularly like the supermarket section which is big, and the checkout counter is fun. The animal hospital is fun too. There are staff keeping toys all the time.
Negative points: The ceilings for the lower/upper play areas are really low, probably the lowest of the various indoor playgrounds I have tried so far. It killed me and my husband's backs. Especially when trying to chase your toddler through a crowded, narrow passage way. (But this is a compromise and thus they could include more play items). The cooking station is small, optimally only for 2 kids. The sand(white beads) area has alot of hair. And the beads get everywhere. Can be quite hot, especially at the ball pit area. Not sure if got air con? There was also water dripping onto the upp floor (just above ball pit around where the slides are). I informed the staff, not sure if...
Read moreMe and my husband visited this place with a 14 year old, 8 year old and a 18 month old baby. Chatted over Google chat to enquire if the 14 year old is considered a child or an adult. Told that advice from store manager is needed. So we walked in to the store and was told under 18 are considered children. So we paid for 3 children tickets. After which I was advised that I should be paying for 2 children only and an additional adult (14 year old) through the google chat. Then was further advised that whether 14 years old is considered adult or child depends on what she is doing inside. If playing then a child ticket, otherwise adult. Sounds ridiculous to me, how do they definite playing? I'm sure the 14 year old will be jumping into the ball pit, sliding down with the youngest one...
What inconsistency is that. Clearly the facilities are only meant for those under 12. Be consistent please. Parents, you may want to consider asking if you have teenagers to pay...
