Unhelpful and dismissive. Stood at the front counter for a ticket and the whole place was empty and had to wait while 4 employees who were 2 meters away from me finished speaking to each other while I just stood there after making eye contact. When I could speak to someone I asked questions and if they could check the status of something and they were uninterested and were dismissive. I left having nothing clarified or resolved and even...

I don’t know what happened to this branch but the service is shockingly poor. No one wants to help and everybody pretends to be busy. The waiting time is over an hour for a simple card collection. You have several clients exhausted and annoyed because of the poor service that they are getting. Seriously with the fees that are being charged we expect premium service not this...

Utterly appalling service. Had to wait 75 minutes for a transaction that took 3 minutes. Collecting a credit card!! Which I had requested to be delivered!! Not collected in the branch! And then for some unknown reason, I get given an extra credit card...that I don't want. What is wrong...
