Venning Park — Attraction in Tshwane Ward 92

This once beautiful park had deteriorated into a dreadful jungle with undesirable inhabitants scaring visitors. It has since in last couple of months been wonderfully cleaned up, every now and then it looks lovely. However grass not cut often enough and flower beds not weeded. It is much, much better than it was and would be a pity toe let it go again as it is a great green place for nearby flat dwellers. Soo happy tonreport that flower beds have been weeded and grass cut. Looks great, lovely green...

It's an okay place to chill and be one with ones thoughts. It's never busy...veru quiet place to take the kids to. It has a swing for the little ones.

Overall all it's a good park, though I don't think it has private facilities like the toilet and so on.

I was there yesterday alone...first time going to a park alone🙈, it was quite refreshing that I can tell you. I took a bit of selfies because it was a beautiful morning 🌄 😍

The park must have been really nice at one point. The grounds are pretty, with lots of trees and the playground is decent. Sadly, the park is somewhat neglected. The ponds are empty (and, hence, a safety hazard), the playground was littered with empty beer bottles, sections of the path are damaged. Disappointing, because this looks like a potentially beautiful...
