First the service is very very slow, they will help you only when they feel like it, I got the wrong order, I bought the 3 course meal, I wanted chili cheese bombs they gave me feta ones, the person I was with orders barbecue wings they gave us chilli wings. I let that pass I didn't complain, the food was not even hot and the burger was dry, after that we waited 1hour for our desserts, the waitress didn't even bother checking on us, but she was helping other tables. Seeing that the dessert was taking time we went and we were told they are still making the waffles, but when the waffles came they were so dry you couldn't even eat them , and it was wrong because we ordered waffles and ice cream but we were given 2 waffles. After telling then they gave us an ice cream as takeaway that ended up melting while still sitting down. We love Rocomamas .. but experience we received me and my wife was unpleasant… we ordered burger and nachos… but we only received burger with smoked mayo instead of rocomayo& there was no chilli in my burger.. & still haven’t received her nachos with chicken…. We recently had the worst takeaway experience. We ordered a waffle as takeaway from loftus park. I arrived and waited patiently for someone to assist me but it did not happen. I then asked a waiter to assist me and he told me to sit and wait. I waited 10min and asked the employee at the counter who told me to wait again, after 10 more min I told, the guy I've waited long I'm only here for a waffle, he looked at me like I was his problem, meanwhile he sat on his cellphone for the past 20min doing nothing.
