What a disappointment!! I was really shocked at the lack of service at this restaurant! The waiting staff did not attend to us and we had to ask twice for a waiter to take our order! We arrived at the place, no one available to prepare seating or to clean and sanitise the table before we had a seat, thats basic right? So we picked a table and had a seat, still optimistic and mesmerised by the great view. Almost 15 minutes later we haven't even recieved menus, I went up to the bar to get menus and asked for a waiter. Another 10 minutes went by and no one was interested in serving us. It was not as if they were extremely busy or under staffed. So I went up to the bar again to ask to be helped with a waiter. 5 minutes later a guy comes shuffling around asking if we've been helped. We ordered food and to my shock the service wasn't the only bad thing served here. You pay almost R200 for a meal that was clearly prepared out of the I&J factory. One piece of oily fish, three Prawn bites, two chunks of crab sticks and cold chips. My jaw dropped, I'd have a better time just buying some fish and chips at the Checkers deli and eat...

Terrible/ worst service I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Went as a group of ladies for a farewell. Took 10 minutes for us to receive a menu, thereafter about 40 minutes later I had to get up and ask someone to at least offer us drinks. The food though ordered at the same time and was basically the same thing wings and chips , and meat platter was served in dribs and drabs. Closed the bill of R1600 just before 9pm and requested a new one be open since one of the colleagues had to leave. Ordered champagne, by 21h40 approximately we still hasn't received it along with a draft/ Stella ordered 20 minutes after the champagne. Eventually asked Irven 'manager' if he could show us where the champagne can be collected or if they could offer us a glass so we could pour the 🍺 ourselves. 10 minutes later we still had not received any of the new orders, so out of frustration we got up and left. Wednesday the 14th of February 2024, firstly I called in to book a table and the lady on the line advised that it’s not busy I can come through, when i arrive there the lady welcoming us at the door she was not friendly she gave me the table by the door and I insisted that I need to sit outside not inside, long story short people who came after me they were getting escorted to the outside area by the very same lady named Violet, I waited for almost an hour without being served, when they finally served me they gave me rare done steak instead of well done with dry fries wrong knife to eat the steak and I didn’t get the sauces for my meal , my experience was horrible I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone the service is very bad and it looks like waiters there have got their people who they give better service maybe they’re regular customers, please do coaching or something for the staff on how to treat customers, treating customers fairly is very...
