Fantastic store….in Jamsil Seoul Can purchase about anything from shoes to clothing accessories socks with many average to high end designers for kids men n women. Home goods n electronics too. Love this store👏🏻👏🏻💖🥰 Beauty about this adept store is you have the Lotte shopping mall across the road that houses individual boutiques , very well priced items available with heaps cafes n restaurants . Also next to it is also the Lotte Duty free mall. Great one stop shop!! The Lotte Tower is also just there with the amazing Signiel Hotel.

It's a very convenient location, we came out from Jamsil subway station (216) and followed way to Exit3, very soon you will see a lovely brightly lited hawker stall called MariKing, once walk pass it you will come to an open space and you will see a Roman style fountain. Entrance to Lotte Department Store is on it's right hand side. Once you enter from there, you will see Food Avenue right in front of you. Korean Food Court is always best so go explore and enjoy all the different stalls before doing your shopping.

Very bad experience shopping here, the sales at the history of whoo is very very rude, the store have no customers only me and my family, but her attitude is really unacceptable towards us, its not like we make a mess at the store, we ask politely about the products, but she serve with very unhappy face, until the end even after we purchase 2 products, she didn't even say thank you, she just gave the receipt and organise the chair we're sitting on in front of our face (with unhappy face). I really hope the management can train their staff better!

I think lotte world mall + department store are the best shopping centers in Seoul. They’re not too overcrowded (for Korea haha), there’s lots of brands and stores, it’s clean, has lots of transportation options, and an amusement park! There’s also places to ship and store luggage in the basement subway / transfer / bus stop zone. Most popular restaurants: Ramsey burger, vatos Mexican restaurant, Brooklyn burger But both areas also have food courts on designated floors!~

I'm so happy because of Manager Yeom He Ri and Leem Ji He, Park Byyng Hwa. I'm satisfied with the Service of Manager Yeom He Ri , Lauren By Ralph Lauren. Most of My favorite clothes are made by Lauren. I wanna appreciate to Manager Yeom. She let me do role in my part of many roles, day by day. She is the best manager who I've met many managers in Lauren by Ralph Lauren. I'm blessed. I give thanks to the Holy One.

Lotte Department Store at Jamsil offers a variety of F&B options. Besides B1 stores that cater to deli style, western and Asian food, there are more restaurants on the 11th floor. I got my grilled beef rib and steak sets at Lee-ga Seo Sikdang and they were delicious. There’s enough banchan and tofu jiggae served with the set and prices are affordable.
