The park is place we like to go when we want to relax. The park is an obvious place of escaping the constraints of the life around us. People are walking around the trail, children playing on the playground, and the place generally seems to be at a more relaxed place in the park. My visit to the park was one that I thought would reveal a certain level of peace. It did. When I first arrived at the park, it was in the evening time and the air had a nice breeze going that sides chills up and down your body, but not enough to put a jacket on. The breeze rustled the leaves on the tree. The sun was going down very slowly, but the rays of the sun danced on my skin. It smelled of freshly cut grass, because the city lawn maintenance people just finished doing the yard work.

A must visit destination if you're traveling to Seoul! This historic fortress offers a beautiful and immersive experience, perfect for exploring on foot. It can be reached in about 40 minutes by car if thereโ€™s no traffic, with an Uber taxi costing around USD 30 (as of March 2025). There are as well other options from Seoul. The best time to visit is in the afternoon to enjoy with the daylight, catch the sunset, and take a peaceful evening walk. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or a coffee. A full walk around the fortress takes about two hours at a normal pace. Definitely worth a visit for history lovers and those looking for a scenic stroll. Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘Œ

One of the more impressive and iconic sections of the fortress wall and also one of the most crowded, although to be fair the crowds aren't bad compared to a lot of other tourist attractions in Korea. The walls here are incredibly well-maintained and still look imposing today, and the modern traffic running through this gate makes for some interesting photos. If you're only walking part of the fortress walls, I'd say this section should be number one on your list
