Rosa Center Shopping Mall — Attraction in Adeje

I really enjoy going here. Very modern architecture, decorated with beautiful plants! Lots of free parking spots underground, with 5-10 parking spots for electric cars (I am not sure if and how they work). One of the best thing is that this place is never crowded!!! The center has a ground floor and another 2 floors with easy acces for those with reduce mobility necessities! You can find few but nice restaurants/ outdoor lounge! There is a new restaurant on the top floor, Legendary Restaurant, with excellent food (have to try the selection of curred beef meat) good selection of liquors (delicious cocktails) and very friendly staff! Also, here you can find one of my favourite restaurants on the island, Shan Oriental Restaurante, but keep in mind that at this location the restaurant is an Express one, meaning that they serve fewer dishes that the ones they serve in the other restaurant they have in las Chafiras, nevertheless the food they serve is delicious as always!

The view is also fabulous, since you are surrounded by banana plantations and ocean views, the place is perfect especially for the sunsets! Grocery store if offered on the ground floor (HiperDino), some clothes and sports wear stores but nothing special, jewelry store, play ground for kids, Burger king, Esprit shop, gifts shop, cosmetics and Levi's!

So whenever you're in playa paraiso and you want to have a good cocktail or a nice lunch I really recommend this place, it will fill you with tranquility since this place is never packed...

We stayed across the street in Marino Palace(?) Rosa Centre is a great place. Soft play for our young lad and Dad can have a pint and watch some footy at the same time. Great restaurants, from Burger King to the great Italian place overlooking the plantations and the sunset. Loads of clothes shops too. Pharmacy and a medical centre. Our boy took dozens of trips on the escalators. The SuperDino supermarket is just wonderful. Spotlessly clean, and they have everything we needed from organic cookies to flip flops! The staff are friendly and supremely helpful. The parking is free and never full. Rosa Centre, take a bow, 10 outta 10, 5* thank you. P.S. A word for the brothers in Tropical....thank you,...

The shopping mall itself is very nice, clean, and offers a good variety of stores and restaurants. However, I had a very unpleasant experience at one of the shops — a sunglasses store located inside the mall.

The quality of the sunglasses was extremely poor; we had to exchange them twice because they broke almost immediately. When we went back again to address the issue, the seller became aggressive, physically confrontational, and even threatened us. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and very concerning for customer safety.

While I can recommend the mall overall, I strongly advise avoiding this particular store until management addresses...
