We visited this BK thinking it would be similar in food quality to what we have in the UK needless to say this was world's apart
The menu system will not accept BK app numbers from the uk
The menu system has no option to buy drinks on there own
At this point we abandoned the self serve screen and went to the POS at the rear of the store
We were greeted silently by the female employee who just stared at us waiting for us to say what we wanted
Once we had placed our order we were given a receipt with nothing said this whole thing might as well have been a laurel and hardy film right now
Once we had our receipt confusion began when we were given 2 empty cups with a quick look about we found a drinks dispenser now it's not obvious because english is non existent at this point that there is a tiny red scanner that you scan your receipt to enable the dispenser
It does apparently say this on the dispenser screen in Spanish
Anyway we got drinks now came the meals
I had the bacon and cheese double xxl and my other half had a drink and 10 onion rings
The bacon xxl was soft and mushy right through and for some reason the gherkins and mustard were all concentrated in an eye watering mix of salty and mustardy right in the middle of the thing needless to say I abandoned it chips were as expected nice just like BK at home
As for my other half's onion rings they came out of the bag looking rather over cooked my other half didn't look like she was enjoying them but had to eat them because she had already done insulin to cover the carbs I asked for half of one and they tasted burnt with an aftertaste of old oil very odd flavour no onion flavours at all just burnt batter and oil
At this point we left and 20 mins later were both back at the hotel finding the meal...

So, 11:27 the restaurant doors are open there are a client inside and the staff telling me that the place is closed. Name of the employee, Roberto Rera. If he is not going to do his job the way needed, better work in a place with no customer interaction. On my way to corporate website to try to complain there. Update: second try - from 4 kiosks only 1 working when I asked the manager she added paper to the other 3, and they start working - why someone has to tell her how to do her job. Screen with the orders is broken, no Ice in the soda dispenser when asked why nothing is working a girl from the kitchen come to fight me for being rude to the manager. Third and last try - order, everything looks OK, but since there was an option for a bottle of Coca-Cola for 1 euro more, I chose that. Surprise they do not have Coca-Cola bottle and I was offered cup - they should know better that like this they steal 1 euro, I accepted the situation and went to pour some coca cola - suprise - no ICE again, answer "yea we do not have ice" sounded so normal that i started doubting myself if i am...

This is outrageous. We ordered food for 4 people from Burger King through Uber Eats, paid €60, and here’s what we got:
1 lonely burger
2 small fries
1 tiny portion of wings
2 Coca Colas
That’s it. Three complete menus were missing. We paid €50 and got maybe €15 worth of food. This wasn’t a mistake — it was a complete scam.
When we contacted Uber Eats, they didn’t care. Their response? “This order is not refundable.” Excuse me? You deliver a quarter of what we paid for and then act like it’s not your problem? That’s not just bad service — that’s theft.
No accountability from Burger King. No help from Uber Eats. Just silence, or worse, automated copy-paste replies.
I’m posting the photo of what we actually received — so people can see the proof with their own eyes. You stole our money, ruined our evening, and showed zero respect.
