Expensive and Food was awful , Nacho starters were so burnt we had to send back to the kitchen, and the waitress and kitchen seemed to have an issue with that. The Paella was so far from authentic it belonged in a different country. The pasta dish was bland and stodgy... No soap in the men's toilets and after we requested soap my husband was told the dispenser was broken and asked to use the ladies... cant imagine what the kitchen staff were expected to do . Staff were making jokes about guests in general and were too smug they have a lot to learn about customer service. Give this place a wide berth , much better places in Alcudia to spend...

The service was very unpleasant, but we decided to start for the view. We just wanted to have a drink and a little snack. The garlic bread was a bun with weird white stuff inside, it looked very unappealing. But the drinks... Absolutely disgusting. The Mallorca blue was just a blue liquid in a glass and it tasted of thinned vodka and pretty much nothing else, the Strawberry belliani was supposed to be lemon/prosecco/strawberry - it was a bit pink but tasted just of poor quality prosecco with too much lemon juice. I randomly entered this restaurant and got initially many indications on their poor service. We still ordered paella and pizza for the kids. Food could not be prepared as requested and the servants had a difficult time even serving us. Wine was served, leaving cork in the glass. The kids pizza was the worst I have seen and tasted. Had to bribe my kid with ice cream (from another place) to eat part of the pizza. For me and my family, this was a typical tourist trap.
