Taberna Sabático Centro — Local services in Granada

We had a wonderful experience having lunch here. The place is cozy and well-designed. The food specialities offered in the menu are wide and we wanted to try everything here, but unfortunately we had to chose...and we tried: Tomato con Aguacate y ventresca (well balanced, quality tomatoes, avocados, and ventresca, interesting flavoured pickled onions and the best olive oil for seasoning), Boquerones desrapados al limón (you cannot stop eating, the portion was very generous. It is good to order for sharing), Patatas bravas con salsa casera (homemade sauce which was very tasty, good fries, really good). Contramuslos marinados (this was the top of our choices. My partner was truly impressed with the taste. This is a must if you are non vegetarian and like innovative flavours and style of cooking chicken). Dessert: TORRIJA casera. (OMG! This was recommended because it was Easter typical dish in Spain. It was wonderful and simply delicious 🤤)

I am sure Sabático Centro will have the same outstanding success as the original Sabático. They have maintained their original decor, and the supreme quality of the food they serve. I like the distribution of the bar, where you can either have a beer and a tapa at the counter, or sit down and eat some or their delicious dishes. Also their plating is more refined and elegant, but without losing the marvellous taste to all the dishes. I defined recommend, once again, their “huevos rotos” with pork loin filet. Simply...

La Taberna Sabático centro es de esos lugares donde sabes que vas a comer bien y a estar muy buen cuidado. La carta no es muy larga pero hay variedad y todo lo que tienen está buenísimo. Se nota que usan producto de calidad y cuidan mucho cómo lo preparan. Todo lo que hemos probado, un acierto.

El local además está súper bien montado, con su barra, mesas altas con un rollo muy agradable y muy limpio. Es un sitio perfecto para pasar con amigos, familia y disfrutar de las elaboraciones del gran Chef Carlos Palometas, e incluso terminar con una copa que no te preparan en cualquier sitio.
