We visited the park yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience! The gardens are incredibly well-maintained, featuring lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and charming walkways. It’s a peaceful and relaxing spot in the heart of the city, perfect for unwinding or taking a leisurely stroll. The beautiful fountains and statues add a touch of elegance to the surroundings. The location is very convenient and easy to access, making it a great place to stop by while exploring the area. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet escape in the city!

This park is named for Pedro Luis Alonso Fernández, a Spanish doctor, epidemiologist and researcher, known for his work on malaria. The park is located on the eastern part of the city, just opposite Parque de Malaga and adjacent to the city hall. It's a beautiful Latin-styled gardens with Hispanic-Muslim and French features. Lots of benches to sit on and gravel paths to wander through. The park is also on the foot hills of the Alcazar, which provides a stunning backdrop. Definitely worth visiting if in the city.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I was there early in the morning, the air was crisp and just the right temp. Birds were singing, bees buzzing, and the trees smelled divine! The aroma was almost overpowering with citrus. I LOVED it! If I hadn't promised to meet my son, I would have lingered in the garden longer. Next time I come to Malaga, this is a MUST go to place. I highly suggest going mid March... I was there 11th of March, just before the Country shut down for months.
