MAHAL Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Madrid

Ok, so this place looks great, some nice imagery on the walls and stylish black and gold interior. However, if you like Indian food, this has no resemblance to it at all. Even the classic chicken tikka masala tasted like wet flour. It was almost tasteless, completely lacking in depth and flavour, it was watery and VERY dull. The Balti was a little better, but if you come from a country where Indian food is popular, I advise not to try here. It’s style over substance and rather expensive. Got delivery from Just-Eat. The food was not seasoned remotely well enough. It was so bland and tasteless it made me cry. Once we added our own salt and spices it was palatable, but we shouldn't have had to do that. It's not just that the food wasn't spicy/hot- it was saltless, and didn't have much other flavor either. The Chicken Tikka tasted more like butter chicken, but very bland and mild. Dear Restaurant, Please season your dishes properly and stop adding saddness to the world. I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered food but didn’t receive it because I accidentally entered the wrong address. The delivery driver should have contacted me to confirm the address, but he didn’t. It seems like he was more focused on finishing the delivery rather than ensuring it was correct.

When I contacted customer service to provide the correct address, I was met with rudeness. They promised to contact the delivery driver and get back to me, but I was ignored.

I expect better service and a resolution to this issue. Please address this...
