🇹🇷 Türkçe: Danışma masasındaki personelin en azından temel seviyede İngilizce konuşabiliyor olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Sırtımda küçük ama ağır bir çantayla 3 saat boyunca AVM’de dolaştım. Kilitli dolap olup olmadığını güvenlik görevlisine sordum; spor çanta alacağımı sanıp beni 1. kata yönlendirdi. Oradan ayrılıp doğru bilgi alacağımı düşünerek zemin kattaki danışmayı buldum. Ancak oradaki görevli de bana meğer Footlocker mağazasını tarif etmiş, bunu aşağı inince fark ettim. Tam AVM’den çıkarken tesadüfen otopark katında dolapların olduğunu gördüm. Fakat dolapların yalnızca otoparkta yer alması da ilginç; eğer arabayla geliyorsam zaten çantamı bagaja koyardım (bisiklet, scooter veya motosiklet hariç). Bu tür detayların sahadaki işleyiş ve kullanıcı deneyimi açısından önemli olduğunu düşünüyorum. Umarım yönetim bu geri bildirimi dikkate alır.

🇬🇧 English: I believe that the staff at the information desk should at least speak basic English. I walked around the mall for 3 hours with a small but heavy backpack. I asked a security guard if there were lockers; he thought I was looking for a gym bag and sent me to the 1st floor. I then went to the information desk on the ground floor, hoping to get accurate information. However, the staff member there was apparently directing me to the Footlocker store I only realized that after going downstairs. Just before leaving the mall, I happened to notice that lockers do exist but they are located in the parking level. It’s strange that lockers are only placed there. If I came by car (excluding bicycle, scooter, or motorcycle), I would have just left my bag in the trunk. I believe these kinds of details matter for on-site operations and user experience. I hope the management team takes this feedback into consideration.

🇪🇸 Español: Considero que el personal del mostrador de información debería al menos hablar un nivel básico de inglés. Caminé durante 3 horas por el centro comercial con una mochila pequeña pero pesada. Pregunté a un guardia de seguridad si había taquillas; pensó que buscaba una bolsa de deporte y me envió al primer piso. Luego fui al mostrador de información en la planta baja con la esperanza de obtener una respuesta clara, pero la empleada allí en realidad me estaba indicando la tienda Footlocker — lo entendí al bajar. Justo antes de salir del centro comercial, vi por casualidad que sí había taquillas, pero estaban en el nivel del aparcamiento. Es curioso que solo estén allí; si hubiera venido en coche (excepto bicicleta, scooter o moto), habría dejado la mochila en el maletero. Poor; which is what you will be if you come here.... lots of expensive shops and expensive restaurants. No cinema, no low cost food options (100 Montaditos, McDonalds etc), not even the normal mid-cost like Vips and Fosters, parking only free for 2 hours. Yes the view is good, but the flow of the place is wrong; it is so hard to navigate with some lifts/escalators only going to certain floors etc, and narrow passageways and doorways. A rather unpleasant experience with unfortunately very little to do if you want to while away a few hours. I hope that with time some more 'normal' fast food places open here and then at least you could grab a quick burger or coffee without having to remortgage...
