I feel quite mixed about this gym. I really liked the routes themselves, but I felt like routes next to each other overlapped in a weird way that both made it seem like the space isn’t maximized, and that adjacent routes often ran into each other at points that were not initially obvious. Therefore I saw many people nearly run into each other on routes, much more than in other gyms.
But beyond the routes, the people here were really the negative point for me, especially the after work crowd. I think it would be nice if the staff gave a bit more pointers on etiquette when you first arrive, as there were many people here randomly spotting each other. Of course spotting indoors has its time and place, but if I don’t know you and don’t know if you know how to spot, and I feel comfortable on the route I’m doing, it is less safe for you to just appear below me without any heads up.
Additionally, while those there earlier in the afternoon were quite polite about sharing the space, later on, groups of people would just come hop on a route we were working on without saying anything, one time literally while we were brushing the holds for the next attempt. It’s not hard to just ask before you hop on. Additionally, there were multiple times where random people would just shout beta at you while you were on the wall, something that generally we maybe try to give when it’s unsolicited, as half the fun of bouldering is to figure out the problem. Therefore, I think that some basic pointers would really help sort out these issues that honestly had quite a negative impact on my experience here.
That being said, I’m sure I’ll be back, just hopefully earlier in the day when the crowd seems to be...
Read moreVery nice gym, nice working out area, spread wall, kilter, top rope, it has everything. The bars are a little think and they are uncomfortable to do pull up but not a big issue.
There were all types of routes, technical dynos coming out of a kneebar, toe hooks, slabs, overhangs.
I enjoyed a lot the wall at the end cause there’s enough space to set fewer routes with bigger moves and also the hard routes are very good distributed so beginners and advanced people don’t cross their path often.
I was also surprised by the level and yeah it can be overcrowded but like any other gym in the world. If you don’t wanna climb when it’s full then don’t go at Peek hours.

Read moreIt's a very commercial, mass market gym! The facilties are fantastic as one would expect from a place like this. They have a little bit of everything; overhangs, slabs, kilters, gym area, etc.
I docked 2 stars for the following reason each Routesetting is not the most interesting. It's a lot of spanny and or big moves. Needs more technical, small box, deadpointy routes (I feel) During peak hours, it's PACKED. There's no empty walls. It's hard to find a route to properly project. Also, people don't follow gym etiquette well like climbing when they have clashing routes, etc.
If these 2 points don't matter to you, then it's a...
