Worst experience ever. DO NOT COME HERE. We arrived at 5:45pm. The waiters kept ignoring us. Extremely rude. How about just say Hi to your customer and perhaps tell them they need to wait a bit? We just kept standing there while there were several empty tables. Then after 15min, a male waiter came to tell us to wait 5 more minutes. After that we waited ANOTHER 15min, all together 30 minutes before we got seated. Once seated took us quite awhile to get a waiters attention to take the order. When he finally came to our table, he told us they have no pastas, only meat dishes (huh?!). A side note here that we already asked for the menu while we were standing waiting, had we known this we probably wouldn’t have waited all this time. He said the left QR code menu only serves meat dishes now, no more pastas. Anyway, as we checked he disappeared and it took us another 5 min to get hold of a waiter to come take our order. When the food finally arrived? Very mediocre. The cod was supposed to come with oranges and blueberries. Not a single blueberry to be seen on our plate. The seafood rice was just a lot of rice. DO NOT GO HERE!! My family and I stopped by just for a coffee and we were speaking in English (because we're American...) but the wait staff had no idea that we have lived in Granada for years...and they charged us for drinks and food that we never ordered, thinking that we were tourists that would just pay the tab without even looking at it. They tried to charge us 30 euros for a couple coffees and fries. After the waiter pretended it was an accident (by the way, it couldn't have been an accident because they put all the orders in on tablets and they can't mix up the checks that way...) they corrected the bill and TWO COFFEES and a small plate of fries came out to 15.50. Ridiculously expensive to begin with, and then they tried to charge us double that because they thought we were tourists. Don't go here. Oh, and the bathrooms were...

Hemos venido comer después de mirar en varios lugares que no tenían sitio . Nos han dado una mesa en la planta de Arriba. No subía ningún camarero a atendernos así que he tenido que bajar a pedir una carta . A los 20 minutos por fin ha venido una camarera y nos ha comandado . NOS HA DICHO QUE TENÍAMOS QUE PAGAR ANTES DE HACER EL PEDIDO. Hemos pagado y a los 5 minutos ha venido una pizza que hemos pedido para la niña . Me ha tocado volver a bajar a pedir cubiertos xq no nos los habían puesto y ha subido un tipo con capucha puesta !! Y nos ha tirado los cubiertos encima de la mesa en lugar de dar a cada comensal los suyos. La pizza muy mala , margarita con jamón quemada por debajo A los 5 minutos han traído una sopa de picadillo para una comensal , no estaba caliente .

5 minutos después trajeron el primero de los entrantes ( después de traer los segundos a dos comensales ) patatas bravas, frías y con color de que el aceite de la freidora no estaba muy cambiado últimamente .

Al momento llegó otro camarero diciendo que si habíamos pedido unos finger de pollo , le dijimos que no , lo que nos traía era unos langostinos rebozados que si habíamos pedido pero el camarero pensaba que eran finger al si que al momento volvió y nos dijo que eran langostinos. PARA SEGUIR FLIPANDO…. Los langostinos también tenían un color negruzco típico de aceite sin cambiar .

Después nos trajeron dos hamburguesas , una de ella que habíamos pedido muy echa sabía a quemado. La otra hamburguesa estaba normal , sin más

Por último una parrillada para dos , salvo el chorizo que estaba bueno lo demás una birria .

El pan era goma .

Creo q es el peor restaurante que he estado en mi vida , por lo menos que recuerde , tanto por el servicio como por la calidad de la comida . Camareros cero profesionales . Eso si La Niña que nos atendió era simpática .”

Los precios caros , pero visto lo que dan mejor dicho carísimos.

Lamentable .
