I spend few days in this hotel with my wife and it was amazing! To be honest when I first walk in it didn't seem like a 4 star to me. But when I walk around, saw the room and experience the service I do believe it was very worth the money and I was so happy to be there!! The room had an amazing view over the sea, the swimming pools were beautiful and clean, I have enjoyed very much the indoor swimming pool as well which was basically always empty. Most customers of this hotel seems to be Germans and mostly older couples. I was there with my wife and we were probably the youngest around (we are 30 yo). I didn't try the breakfast or lunch and dinner service but it was reasonably priced and I could see the menu was changing every day! I did had some food from the bar during the afternoon and the croquettas in particular were a bit expensive (9€ one portion) but I have to say they were probably the best croquettas I had in my time in Mallorca! There was a Spanish blonde girl serving during the afternoon, making drinks and everything and she was super busy being alone, but her service was great and always with a smile, such a great personality to meet while you are on holidays, people that can do such great service are the people that really elevates the whole experience that you are having! But generally every member of the staff that I talked to was very nice! The hotel is very quiet and close to the airport and lost of restaurant and the beach of Ca'n pastilla. If you want to have some nice relaxing holidays you should definitely book here!

Good place to stay.Room was good and food was nice. There was some bad thing also. First thing what i dont understad is why the swimig pool works till 18:00? No really, why? So i was traveling around the island and after my trip i want to go swim, but its already closing. Second thing - its not the best idea to rent bicycle from this hotel, cuz they are becoming old and nobody from staff taking care of them. The price is only 5 euro, but i had front tire almost no air and standing leg was almost broken. Third thing - I was renting car with friend from receptin catalog and choose car for 60 euro per day. Woman from reception called to car rental company and they said, what they can drive us from hotel to their place. When we asked for car, the guy was saying what car is no more available and offered car 10 euro more. We sayd ok. And while we start to pay, they told us, what we should psy for driving us to they place 10 euro (we drived 2 km from hotel) So we payed 20 euro more then we should. And when we tryed to park after trip, there was no parking place for free. So parked car in hotel parking (and of course nobody said what we should pay 10 euro for parking) The guy from reception saying what they dont cooperate with car rental company so we should pay. The question from my side is - If u dont cooperate with them, why this company is in your catalog? So if u try to take car expect to pay 30 euro more. And the last thing was, what room cleaner forgot her card in our room. For sure that card was opening all the rooms and somebody could use that card to steal somethig from others rooms.

Great location, lovely friendly staff, impeccably clean room and bathroom. Five minutes from the airport in a taxi at a cost of 13Euros. On the prom close to plenty of restaurants and bars. All the staff seemed to be smiling and the atmosphere was lovely. We elected to pay extra for a room with a sea view, what a view. Nice Little rocky cove below us and the bay across to Palma beyond that. Plenty going on on the water, pity I didn't take binoculars. Our room was on the 6th floor, was a good size with a big walk in shower in the bathroom. All toiletries were provided along with a hair dryer. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were superb, a vast array of food and a station that cooked ommlets, fried eggs and pancakes fresh for you. There was even Cava on the buffet for you. All in all a really good stay, the only slight downside being some airplane noise but you soon don't notice it.

Excellentes Hotel Das BQ Apolo ist ein excellentes modernes 4-Sterne-Hotel. Knapp 150 Zimmer verschiedener Kategorien. Wir bevorzugen Balkon und Meerblick. Alle Bereiche haben uns sehr positiv überrascht. Die durchweg mehrsprachigen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter mit Gästekontakt, fliessend deutsch, englisch und spanisch, sind eines der Highlights dieses Hotels. Sie vermögen eine ausgesprochen posive Wohlfühlatmosphäre zu erschaffen, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Viele Gäste berichteten uns, und das deckt sich mit unseren Erfahrungen, dass eine Urlaubsatmosphäre geschaffen wird, die sehr angenehm auch im Zusammentreffen mehrere Nationalitäten ist. Die Sauberkeit ist sprichwörtlich. Alle Bereiche werden ständig gereinigt. Seien es Wände, Türen, Fahrstühle oder die Klimanlagen die ständig geputzt werden oder die Liegen und Stühle die täglich desinfiziert werden oder die Kissenbezüge der Sitzmöbel im Aussenbereich, die regelmäßig abgezogen und gewaschen werden. Das kulinarische Angebot in Buffetform ist sagenhaft (unten weitere Ausführungen hierzu). Es gibt einen Aussen- und einen Innenpool. Im Aussenbereich eine Vielzahl von Liegen, die überraschenderweise nicht morgens um 6:00 Uhr zwanghaft mit Handtüchern belegt werden. Man kann jederzeit eine freie Liege finden und nutzen. Eine Rettungsschwimmerin oder ein Rettungsschwimmer ist als Poolaufsicht ständig zugegen. Sehr gutes W-Lan in allen Innen- und Aussenbereichen. Beeindruckt hat uns die Möglichkeit, bereits von zu Hause aus einchecken zu können. Das Hotel ist barrierefrei und für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen gut geeignet, auch der Pool verfügt über einen Sitzlift. Der Servicegedanke wird im BQ Apolo GROSS geschrieben. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter erfüllen erfolgreich alle legitimen Wünsche der Gäste. Es gibt Handtücher zum Ausleihen, einen abgeschlossenen Fahrradbereich, Mietautovermittlung. Eine sehr gute Hotel- und Snackbar mit Innen und Aussenbedienung (keine Plastikbecher), Massage- und Wäscheservice. Dreimal pro Woche werden Liveveranstaltungen präsentiert. Wir waren angenehm überrascht von der Bandbreite der Musiker, von denen uns einige wirklich mitgerissen haben. Die Lautstärke ist immer angemessen und gut. Wir haben in anderen Hotels schon oft erlebt, dass billige Gigs mangelndes Können mit Lautstärke bis zum Übersteuern versucht haben aufzuwiegen. Dies geschieht im BQ Apolo nicht. Im Aufenthaltssalon gibt es einen Poolbillardtisch und eine Vielzahl von Einzeltischen, an denen man Karten oder Brettspiele spielen kann oder sich auf ein gutes Gespräch niederlässt. Angenehme Loungemusik in Hintergrundlautstärke runden das Entspannungerlebnis ab.

LAGE: Sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe vom Flughafen in Can Pastilla zwischen Palma und S'Arenal und 50 m vom Meer entfernt. Mit dem Taxi braucht man nur 5 min vom Flughafen zum Hotel und kostet weniger als 15 €. Ich finde das ist die beste Option zum Hotel. Für 4 Personen ist es optimal. Zur Bushaltestelle ist es etwa 500 m. Mit dem Bus kann man dann für 2 € nach Palma oder S'Arenal fahren, dauert so etwa 30 min in beiden Richtungen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig fernab von Partygäste, aber wenn man paar Minuten geht kommt man in eine sehr belebte Umgebung. Zum Thema Fluglärm, Ja die Flugzeuge fliegen im Minutentakt oder kürzer. Aber ich fand den Lärm nicht wirklich stören. Meine Familie hat ganz gut geschlafen. Die Flugzeuge kann man hören, aber die Autos oder Klimaanlage fand ich viel lauter als die Flugzeuge. Mein kleiner Sohn war auf alle Fälle begeistert die ganzen Flugzeuge im Himmel zu sehen. Tip: Gleich um die Ecke kann man einen schönen Sonnenuntergang beobachten und auch die heranfliegende Flugzeuge. ZUM HOTEL: Das Hotel war allgemein sehr sauber. Die Zimmer und Ausstattung fand ich sehr modern eingerichtet. Wie hatten 3 Zimmer, ein Größeres und 2 kleiner. Ich fand die Größe der Zimmer recht angemessen für 2 bzw. 3 Personen. Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein Balkon, mit Glück bekommt man eines mit Meerblick. Innenpool und Außenpool vorhanden, zwar nicht sehr groß aber OK. Fitnessraum habe ich nicht gesehen, aber habe auch nicht danach gesucht. (Wer macht denn schon Urlaub um sich im Gym zu quälen? :-) Man kann sich für 10 € pro Tag bei der Rezeption Fahrräder ausleihen. Sehr gut geeignet um in Richtung S'Arenal zu fahren) Hotel-Personal waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, bei der Rezeption ist immer jemand da wenn man Hilfe benötigt. SPEISEN: Wie hatten Halbpension gebucht. Frühstück war sehr gut. Alles da was man für ein gutes Frühstück benötigt, Eier, Wurst, Brot, süßes Gebäck, Joghurt, Obst. Kaffeeautomaten und Fruchtsaftautomat gibt es beim Frühstück auch. Ein Live-Koch bereitet Spiegelei und Omlett vor. Das Abendbuffet ist nicht sehr groß, aber das Essen war gut. Jede Abend gab es andere Speisen. Für jeden sicherlich etwas dabei. Getränke muss man extra bestellen und zahlen. Kostet 2-3 € pro Getränk. Vorspeisen, Nachspeisen alles vorhanden. Die Auswahl ist in Ordnung. Ein Live-Koch bereitet auch Gerichte zu. Essen wurde auch immer nachgefüllt. Im Speisesaal wurde ich aber leider öfters von Mücken gestochen. FAZIT: Ich kann das Hotel auf alle Fälle empfehlen.

It is an ok hotel, but considering the high price, it is good for you to know that it is not a 4 star hotel in terms of quality; the swimming pool is not so big and the rooms are very small. It is near the airport and this noisy at night… the rooms are not insulated, and you can hear the neighbours. The rooms do not even have a water boiler, and the bar is not open early in the morning; so you can’t even buy a coffee if you want. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. We would not go back there as it was not really comfortable for us. The restaurant has quite good food and service. The internet is very fast, and they rent bikes which is very convinient. The lobby or restaurant area is also good and spacious; you could work from there if you have to, like we did.
