Restaurante Buttery — Restaurant in Palma

We ordered a baguette with pork, but it came with dry slices of pork and a little bit of green salad. That was all that came with the dish, and it is some of the driest food I've ever been served in a restaurant. The French fries were soggy, and the shrimps that was fried in oil in an ovenproof dish, was rubbery and tasted bad. We complained about the shrimps and French fries, but the serving staff did not respond well. They believed that we were just complaining and should not come back tomorrow. Our recommendation is to stay far away from this place, they don't know how to make food that should be served to...

We had a wonderful lunch and sangria here today. Maria was busy, she was the only one serving all the guests, and she was friendly and chatty. I had the chicken baguette and my partner had the potatoes bravas. We also had a 1 litre jug of sangria. Sangria was nice with frozen fruits, just what was needed on a hot sunny afternoon. Very poor! Omelette came almost raw, not sure if chips are included as the menu does not state that they are, we asked for them, nothing else on the plate, no salad etc, even a slice of tomato would have perked it up!
