The perfect last getaway before catching your flight. My friends went home a bit earlier and I had a great time waiting for my flight at the Puro beach. I did not get the pool bed and spent 3h at the beach bar on the rooftop -overseeing Palma. They took in my luggage, let me charge my phone and served great drinks and food with an authentic and welcoming smile. Many thanks for having me ! Could have not been better, leaving Mallorca in style. Next time, when I have a bit more time i‘ll enjoy the beach beds at the pool. Recommendation: Order the Pokebowl without cream cheese. Was delicious, but a bit heavy. In my opinion much better only with Ponzu sauce. The Granola is very delicious for breakfast, served with nice and fresh fruits which were perfectly ripe & Greek Yoghurt. Prices are fair for the excellent service. Not a single time I felt rushed. Staff was there when needed, very attentive, but also left you in peace to enjoy the atmosphere.

The Beach Club is beautiful, the amenities are well maintained and clean. Small unexpected courtesies like daiquiri shots, water or nuts were highly appreciated. DJs playing nice chill out music could only partially distract of the planes landing/starting from Palma airport. Food quality and taste was great. The strawberry daiquiri was watery though. Unfortunately staff/location extremely unflexibel. We ordered to sun-beds, but a friend decided spontaneously to join. Weren’t allowed to use 2 beds for 3 people. On of us had to use a sun-bed on top of the location and officially wasn’t even allowed to meet us at ours. We needed to meet at the pool. At a certain point the upper floor was closed down for some closed event. That event seemed to be more important than the hundreds of “normal” guests as no reservations for their restaurant were taken and we’d have to wait for hours to be able to dine. We decided to leave and have dinner at another restaurant. Our stay wasn’t that pleasant, but maybe we’ve just been unlucky. The club isn’t cheap. Therefore I can’t fully recommend a visit.

A little expensive, but worth it if you're planning to spend most of the day at the venue. The service is great, as it should be for the price, and the selection of food and drinks (including cocktails) is really excellent. They were also able to serve a Long Island Ice Tea, which wasn't on the menu, as well as making some changes to the food items for me, on request. The DJ made sure there was a great, chill vibe all day long and there's overall just a really nice crowd here. I'm keen to visit one of the other Purobeach venues in Mallorca, just to see how they compare, next time I'm on the island.

Arrogant Service and a Cocktail that contained mostly ice instead of what meant to be in a pina colada worth of 12 Euro. The ambience is really nice right next to the sea and it is such a shame. Talking to the manager after arguing friendly he said "ok I make you another one but don't come back tomorrow.." I never experienced something arrogant and rude person like that. Try to find a nicer place in mallorca but don't go there! Oh by the way we waited more than 30 minutes for our drinks and were ignored when asking for blankets which were right by the exit

Vi møtte på en relativt tom resturant, men dette stedet minnet mer om en nattklubb med daglige poolparties. Hvor vi spurte om vi kunne få et bord for to personer. Vi ble bedt om å sitte i en sofa og vente, her ble vi sittende å vente i 20 minutter mens arbeiderene byttet på hvem som skulle rydde bordet. Noen tok av fatene fra tidligere gjester, en annen vasket over bordet med en klut, en annen la nytt bestikk etterfulgt av at vi måtte vente i 5 minutter før vi i det hele tatt fikk en meny fra en hovmester. Deretter prøvde hun å dra mest mulig penger ut av oss før vi i det hele tatt fikk sett på menyen, ved at hun begynnte å ramse opp forretter som virket gratis, men vi takket ja til et glass vann. Når vi så på regningen i ettertid kostet 2 glass med vann hele €6,50! Etter vi fikk vannet forvant hovmesteren og en annen dame(servitør) kom oss i møte. Vi fikk så menyen og bestemmte oss for å prøve oss på brødene deres til forret, wok til hovedrettog to frozen mojitos(disse var utrolig gode!). Mojitoene ble servert av en mann, trolig fra baren, og brødene ble servert av en annen mann, trolig en servitør. Mens vi sitter halveis inn i forretten kommer de med hovedretten, igjen en annen servitør. Woken hadde alt for mye sopp i seg, en tørr kylling men gode reker. Men dette går selvfølgelig ut på hva en prefererer! Alt i alt viser dette tegn på en utrolig dårlig struktur, og dette var ikke verdt prisen! Alt i alt kostet dette måltidet over €100, og her kommer vi aldri inn igjen.

It would've had 5 stars if it wasn't for the extremely unwelcoming hostesses. The puro team is great. Very attentive services, very fast with drinks and food. The hostess team on the other hand is anything but friendly. They were unnecessarily pushy when it came to last order and was very rude when I said that I didn't want to add anything else. I understand that we didn't order any food during our 3 hours at the club but we did order 3 bottles of wine. It's not our fault that nothing on the menu strikes our fancy. There's no need to be rude!

The perfect last getaway before catching your flight. My friends went home a bit earlier and I had a great time waiting for my flight at the Puro beach. I did not get the pool bed and spent 3h at the beach bar on the rooftop -overseeing Palma.
