Purobeach Palma — Restaurant in Palma

I spent 5 days in Majorca, visiting many beach clubs on the island, and unfortunately, this one ranked at the very bottom—for one serious reason: theft.

We had reserved a cabana, and one of our bags was stolen. Within minutes, I was notified that my belongings were on the move via tracking, and I immediately informed both our server and the manager. They disappeared for several minutes to “review security footage,” then returned and refused to show us any part of the footage.

We spoke to every group around us, and not a single patron had seen anyone suspicious near our cabana. In fact, they confirmed that the only people approaching our area were the staff. It became increasingly obvious that someone on the inside may have been involved. One guest nearby even suggested that the bag had been discreetly handed off to someone waiting- specifically after the hookah was brought to the table.

Despite visible cameras throughout the club, management would not allow us to see the footage, nor did they offer any meaningful support or follow-up. The lack of transparency and accountability was disturbing.

Bottom line: I would avoid this beach club at all costs. There are many better, safer, and more professional options elsewhere...

I recently visited Purobeach Palma, a beach club with stunning views, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The club is located close to the airport, and the views of the sea and the surrounding area are simply breathtaking.

The atmosphere is relaxed and laid-back, with comfortable loungers and a chilled-out vibe. The music is great, and the drinks are delicious, making it the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun.

One of the things that really stood out to me about this beach club was the service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed. They were always on hand to offer recommendations and advice, and they really made me feel welcome.

The food was also fantastic. I tried a few different dishes, and they were all delicious. The menu is varied, with plenty of options for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike, and the presentation is beautiful.

Firstly the location is absolutely beautiful. The food never disappoints, changes a bit every year and is mostly top notch. The drinks are also on the very positive side. But now to the service: Mostly fairly friendly, albeit nothing extraordinary BUT the service is extremely chaotic. And it has been like this since always or at least for the past few years since Ive been coming here. Waiting times for orders are mostly long and you spent half the time chasing the waiters for your order, your bill, to pay. Today I was charged for an extra order of chili that never came (apparently it was already in my dish I was later told - I saw maybe one piece of chili), we found two cokes that we never ordered at our sunbeds and even though I notified the staff immediatly they still ended up on our bill. When I notified the staff of this a new bill came - now with one too many beers on it. Then when I mentioned this, no apology, nothing. Just "we are not enough staff". Guys, this is such a beautiful and amazing place, please please get organized.... But for now Im done with this place. Nikki Beach Mallorca shows that good & organized service...
