Such a lovely little market full of local produce and very friendly people. It had a great atmosphere and the stall owners were very welcoming for you to try some of their produce. We bought a few bits to have a beach picnic on Christmas Day and we loved everything from here over the supermarket bits. Worth a trip if your in the area.

It’s a good fresh market that’s open every day. There is a sufficient selection of everything. There is even fresh coffee. There is also a large selection of spices and herbs here. Here you can buy not only vegetables, but also meat, dairy products and fish. I did not notice that the prices are higher than in other markets

El mercado de La Laguna está situado en pleno casco histórico de la ciudad, en la popular Plaza del Cristo. De gran interés comercial y turístico, el mercado de La Laguna es visitado cada día por gran cantidad de público. Destaca la calidad de sus productos y la espectacular exposición de los mismos, especialmente la sección de flores que veremos a la entrada; la de frutas y verduras del patio central, los pescados que se encuentran al final del edificio y los puestos de carnicería y comestibles, distribuidos en los laterales de los dos primeros patios. A un lado del edificio principal nos encontramos con una nave anexa, con locales dedicados a la venta de tejidos, zapatos, animales vivos, etc., y una zona en la que los martes, jueves y sábados se instala el Mercadillo del Agricultor.

Der Mercado Municipal hat mich wirklich beeindruckt! Die Auswahl an regionalen Produkten ist fantastisch – von frischem Obst und Gemüse über Käse und Fleisch bis hin zu handgemachten Spezialitäten. Ich liebe es, durch die Stände zu schlendern und die Vielfalt an lokalen Köstlichkeiten zu entdecken. Die Atmosphäre ist lebendig, aber trotzdem entspannt, und die Händler sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man spürt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Frische gelegt wird. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die große Auswahl an Gewürzen und regionalen Delikatessen, die man sonst nicht so leicht findet. Wer gerne frische und authentische Produkte kauft oder einfach das besondere Flair eines Marktes genießen möchte, sollte den Mercado Municipal auf jeden Fall besuchen!

Un marché de produits locaux. Vous y trouverez de quoi vous régaler avec des produits de l'île et de l'archipel : fruits, légumes, fromages, vins, liqueurs, épices, viande, poisson et bien plus encore... Profitez d'y faire un tour ne serait-ce que pour découvrir les odeurs et saveurs, dans une ambiance de marché couvert. En dehors, vous avez la partie vêtements, fleurs, animaux vivants, etc. et de quoi prendre un café, un sandwich, un jus frais et des churros. Bref, un service complet. Si vous aimez la culture, ne manquez pas la visite de l'église du Christ de La Laguna à quelques pas de là, de l'autre côté de lp à place où parfois vous avez aussi des activités culturelles. À visiter.
