It's a fun place to go for a visit. We usually go every time we are in San Sebastian as our daughters love it. Don't expect anything high tech! This is an old park with dated rides but that is part of its charm.
You can drive up or go up via the funicular railway but parking is scarce there unless you catch the bus in. Parking is plentyful up top if you do drive but there is an entrance fee of €2.50 per person in the car.
The rides are fun for kids; a wooden roller-coaster, water boats, bumper cars, merry-go-round, kiddies train, game stalls, house of horrors, etc. The usual sort of fair stuff...
Read moreThis little amusement park is worth a visit, even in the spring before it fully opens. It sits atop a hill that offers a tram or a steep walk to access. Since I visited in the spring it was not open. But a visit is worth the effort to soak up the beautiful city and ocean views. The park offers rides that are intended for younger visitors. It’s a nice walk from the beach. I suspect it get VERY busy in the summer…and probably plenty hot too. So dress accordingly. San Sebastián is loaded with little treat like this park. Take the time...

Got there around 2.30 PM and some of the attractions were closed during lunch time until 3:30 PM, like Camas Elásticas, Tren de Igueldo and Barcas de Estanque (summer time). I know it could be hot, but there isn't information anywhere in the park or the website of why and what time the attractions closed during lunch time. Just more information on this gap will make better for the park for the tourist that decide wait for 1 hour line in the Teleférico to climb up to the Monte Igeldo with their kids...
