No le pongo cero estrellas porque no me deja. Servicio nefasto. Vas con cita previa a cierta hora y las oficinistas de cháchara y sin hacer nada 15 minutos , habiéndote visto esperar. Muy típico en la US , les importas una basura. Gracias por hacer perder el tiempo . Espero no tener que volver a hacer...
