Terraza Alfonso — Restaurant in Seville

Club with a awful customer service. In my case, I had paid a bottle and as soon as we finished it, they decided to move us to another table very isolated in the corner of the establishment to put new customers in the table we were sitting... Strange thing that those customer were a feminine group.

Since I was not happy with the table they moved us to, they decided to kick us out of the club with no further explanation.

For a sector that depends exclusively on tourist, they must be doing very well to treat people like that.

Its a nice place to sit outside and have a drink or some tapas and chat or read a bit. It is situated in a nice decor, across the Museo Arqueologico de Sevilla y Plaza de Las Palomas and Plaza America. The staff is friendly but despite they were 5 that day, the service was quite slow and even though I asked for the bill, I had to go and pick it up myself eventually to pay, while only a few customers. La organización un desastre por parte del personal del Alfonso. Al principio una estampida en la cola donde hubieron desmayos y lloros y tuvo que intervenir la policía, todo ello delante de la seguridad del establecimiento incapaz de organizar una cola.

Después en el interior del local poquísimos camareros atendiendo las copas lo que hacía que mínimo tus 20-30 minutos esperando tu turno para pedir te llevases. El baño como no atestado de gente donde el calor de sevilla más de ma cantidad de personas hacía que hasta los espejos se empañasen. Si siendo hombre tuve que esperar un tiempo para entrar las mujeres lo tenían que esperar el triple.

El area de “reservados” casi tenía la misma cantidad de personas que la zona de baile que además también estaba atestada de gente, apenas uno podía circular y estaba llena de farolas, árboles y mesas con las que tropezar si no ves nada pues la iluminación también es insuficiente.

Por último a la salida, como no había también cola para salir del local.

En general la noche fue un desastre. Habíamos llegado a las 11 para hacer cola y a las 12 comenzó la estampida y no se hizo nada para solucionar la situación hasta casi la 1 y media de la madrugada que llegaron policías nacionales a organizar y hacer el trabajo de los seguratas. Entramos a las 2 casi y nos fuimos cuando terminó la música sobre las 4:30.
