The Valencia Mercat was only about 8 min from where we stayed in El Cabanyal, a charming & walkable seaside community in the city of Valencia. All the product and meats are locally sourced & the cured meats, olive oils, preserved olives, anchovies, bacalao are beautifully displayed. The vendors are amazingly friendly & try their best to help you with questions. The people throughout Valencia were immensely kind and helpful to us. Just go early as the market closes...
