湯姆熊遊樂場的荒謬體驗 走訪了不少湯姆熊遊樂場，幾乎每家都有加Line贈幣的活動。然而，今天在美麗華分店的經歷，卻讓人難以接受。 櫃檯上貼著「加Line好友贈幣4枚」的廣告，滿心期待地向店員出示了我的Line加好友記錄。未料，店員竟冷漠地告知：「你這是昨天晚上11點加的，所以不能換。」這是什麼荒謬的規則？難道我前一晚加入能去哪裡兌換嗎？不是剛剛加入的嗎？如此不近人情，令人無言以對。（前一晚睡不著把所有的湯姆熊都加line好友不行嗎？） 接下來，我在現場累積了三張點數卷，準備將點數累積到卡片上。奇怪的是，店員在操作時竟然不讓顧客看到螢幕上的點數變化。這樣的不透明操作，難免讓人懷疑其準確性和誠信度。顯然，員工訓練的紮實度還有待改善。 美麗華湯姆熊雖小但暑假平日人潮絡繹不絕，店內有三四位店員同時值班。儘管如此，基本的服務態度還是應該拿出來。部分店員展現出給顧客的姿態，彷彿「湯姆熊是老闆開的，關我屁事」，讓人不禁感嘆服務業的基本素養在此何其稀缺。 總之，這次美麗華湯姆熊的經歷，真是讓人難以忘懷。希望未來能有所改善，畢竟，顧客的滿意度應該與回頭率成正比。附帶一提，新店裕隆城的湯姆熊就好多了。
