Qingguang Market — Attraction in Taipei

Perhaps a night market popular with locals and not tourist. The selection of food are more home-fared than the usual tourist-ridden markets. I love the array of offerings, and some of the foodstalls actually serve food that tasted better than any of the other night market around.

Used to be very popular with shops selling imported clothing. Nowadays, it is basically a neighborhood market with various shops, including clothing, food， snacks and vegetables. People come here for its food stand street, where there are over 30 food stands selling authentic Taiwanese dishes starting at dawn. Great place to enjoy Taipei street food. Market sells varieties of food and clothing. The market is clean and not so big. We were here around noon and had noodle soups plus mixed fruit desserts, both are good and at very reasonable prices.
