Bahari Pizza Restaurant Bungalows — Restaurant in Unguja

My boyfriend and I visited the Bahari Pizza Restaurant Bungalows for 5 nights last week and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The bungalow was so authentic, it was beautifully located, the interior was very basic as expected, and very clean. The lovely house keeping lady created swans with our towels every day which was such a nice touch. The location was dreamy and so relaxing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, they really helped make our stay perfect. ||There was a huge fan on our ceiling but this didn’t help too much during the night because it was so stuffy so we struggled to sleep. This isn’t a complaint, just a note for sleeping difficulty. We were aware when we booked the room, that there was no aircon so it wasn’t a surprise, but I guess it’s just a factor we will consider in future. ||The restaurant was excellent, I have separately rated the restaurant, particularly for the seafood pizza. It was the best we have ever eaten! Breakfast was served daily and was included in our rate. Cappuccinos were extra but worthwhile.||Such a great trip!! Thank you for our stay. Bahari Pizza is a really great place in the streched beach of Jambiani. Lies in the middle of the beach, close to shops, and other hotels, restaurants, diveshops etc. Rooms located behind the restaurant, so most of them have no view, but the garden atmosphere is quite nice. Our room was in upstairs with a very niche view to the sea. Room was brand new, always clean, spacius as well equipped. The only problem was the very small balcony, comfortable just for one person. There was another shared balcony outside of the room, but separated from the main one. This is not a thoughtful design.||Restaurant is really great, especially the italian foods (pizza, pasta, etc) are just perfect. Beyond the italian meals, there is a narrow selection from others, but people go there mainly for the pizza. Breakfast is amazing!||The mood of the restaurant is also good, just some more music, and vibe would be nice sometimes.||Moreover the staff is kind and helpful, Stephaine, the owner is the kindest host in the Island, manages all your needs, and knows everything about the Island. ||All togehter it's a really good place, don't hesitate to choose, if you go...
