I randomly stumbled across this restaurant on my way to Kalm Village. It was a small, family-run business with a homely vibe. The menus and posters on the walls were hand-drawn with really cute illustrations.

Each item cost between 50-70 Baht, and the food was extremely delicious. I ordered shrimp fried rice, and it was definitely one of the best fried rice dishes I had during my time in Thailand.

My friends ordered a couple of milk-based drinks, which were also delicious. The owners were loving, affectionate, and kind—it felt like family was cooking for me.

They even served us rice crackers and cut up some cucumbers for a friend who wasn’t in the mood for a full meal, free of charge.

At the end, I took a photo of the owners in front of their shop with my vintage camera. Although I don’t have their contact information, I hope they find this review and see the picture.

As we were strolling past this quaint little restaurant, we noticed some delicious corn on the BBQ and it was enough to entice us in. We then decided to make a meal of it and enjoyed not only the delicious corn but some shrimp fried rice with egg on top and cucumber garnish. It was spiced just right for our Canadian palette and we loved it! The couple who run this kitchen are super friendly, made sure our water was topped up with ice at all times and took an interest in where we are from. To make a long story short, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It was authentic, cozy, friendly and most importantly, super delicious. Make sure you add this to your list of places to visit while in Chiang Mai. You...

This small, quaint place is right on the street of Kalm Art Village. With only four tables, it's a tiny space, but the host and hostess were extremely sweet and humble, serving us with a lot of love and efficiency. I tried the fried rice and chicken, along with a Milo drink and iced coffee. We were served quickly, and everything was very affordable and reasonably priced. The food tasted really good—I devoured every bite of the fried rice. There was even a waiting line for this place, which was good to see. I highly recommend dropping by for a quick bite if you're visiting the Kalm...

Have been in Chiangmai for more than 1 month. This is the first time feeling discriminated. Three of us from China, we were taken orders before other 2 tables(only 4 tables in total). They are all white people from Europe(2from Manchester). They ordered later but got everything (even same dishes) ahead of us,water, food and theirs have more meat! I would shrug off this kind of inference before. But I strongly feel it this time. And I really don't like the food. It should be dry fried. Will never go there.
