Horrific experience here. They served me a mango lassi that was curdling and taste sour. When I politely asked if it could be taken off the bill they kicked off with me. Three girls got involved as I was telling them to look at the drink and one girl just starred at me as I was explaining that what she served was not good. Despite them all being able to talk English they continued to speak in their language and smirk which they likely were saying something horrible directed at me. One of the girls picked up the drink and slammed it down on the table nearly spilling it over my phone and bag.
They argued and said they’re not taking it off the bill and then when I had to argue my point back at them as I hadn’t drank it they very bitterly took only payment for the food. Didn’t finish the meal, the chickpeas were not soft/cooked. Thai people cooking Indian food ain’t it for me. Avoid them. What a joke.
It was such an uncomfortable situation to be in. To have three girls all argue with me over an awful drink THEY made is just ridiculous. WHERE IS YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY?
The moment I asked if I they could take it off the bill they got very defensive like they’re desperate for the business which now I can understand why. I can’t imagine people will return here cause the food isn’t great anyway. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The energy was very morbid from when I walked in I wish I’d listened to my gut and not gone in. Not only the service being poor overall they look very bored and very uninterested in the customers coming into their shop almost like they’re being forced to be there. If you want a good atmosphere with lovely staff go elsewhere. I wish I got pictures of the drink but I really did not think that would be necessary assuming they’d be nice about it but they were very bitter and extremely argumentative.
This restaurant lacks character and good energy. Money and time wasted. What a vile place to be. You don’t even deserve 1...

I will just comment on the naan :
Plain naan - it looks like they used those frozen pre-packed naan. What’s worse ? It tasted worse than a frozen pre-pack naan ! It was heavy. Very dense. Not fluffy and light at all. Not fresh
Garlic naan - i think it was a plain naan and they sprinkled some chopped garlic on it. It was very very oily. Very very dense. Very heavy. It sat there like a sad humpy dumpty sweating all over
Enough said. I wont bother telling you about the rest
I was initially confused before entering the shop - nobody was indian inside the shop. As in NOBODY. And, it looks like they also serve some thai dishes. Also there was somebody outside the shop selling thai-style bbq takeaways. That should have been two warning red flags about the standards of the indian food. My mistake
Service wise, the waitress was more interested on her phone than her customers
Avoid. Go to next...
Read moreEdit: Yes you did refund the 30 Baht after our hotel asked you to refund it as you didn’t offer it. It has nothing to do with the delivery service. You received an order, which included an item you did not give to the delivery driver. Failing that the worst thing about it is that you told us you were sending us rice and it would be 5 minutes which was a straight up lie! We had to ring you to ask where it was which you told us, we aren’t coming. As I said, shocking customer service, dry over cooked Naan. Own up to your mistakes, apologise and don’t blame the delivery driver!
Didn’t bring our rice even though we ordered it. Rang them and said they would deliver it to us in 5 minutes. 20 minutes had passed and we rang again to be told that they weren’t coming. We had to ask for a refund as they didn’t offer the refund for the rice. Awful awful awful...
