Fruit Cargo - Juice Bar & Vegetarian/Vegan Cafe — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

My family of 5, ages 5-51 stopped in for a daytime desert treat and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was clean, beautifully and meticulously arranged and decorated. The staff were friendly and polite and the dishes, ice cream and smoothies were out of this world.

I’ve never had ice cream made from the fruit of the cacao rather than the seed and i got to try that here.

I ordered the cacao bowl with avocado and it was amazing. It was both a delicious treat and a well balanced vegan meal at the same time.

Off to a weird start, when we were paying, the employee almost gave the change to the other customers right next to us who hadn't even ordered. Then we were brought an ice latte even though we told them we wanted it hot twice. Finally the fruits in the Açai Bowl didn't match the description as it was only tropical fruits on top when it said berries+banana. The employee then said that these were inside the smoothie instead but quite disappointing. At least the smoothie under was good but the soggy overripe mango filling the bowl kind...

A restaurant decorated with a lot of heart and soul. There are a lot of vegan options and everything is prepared without added sugar. All ingredients are really high quality and seasonally selected and this also comes out in the taste. One of the best smoothie bowls I've had in Thailand.
