Wedding at Katathani Phuket Beach Resort — Attraction in Karon

Attended a wedding here with friends.

Excellent scenic backdrop for a tropical destination wedding.

The setup is good, however the enclosed roof is not vented so expect the evening to be a bit warm.

Had the western style seafood meal and was somewhat dissapointed. Soup was served with an uncraked crab claw which was messy for the guests who decided to eat it. Broth was strongly seafood flavoured and served too cold. Canned vegetables were mixed with lobster ruining the main dish.

We had a dream wedding at the Katathani. Satinee and her great team have pictured right away what we wanted and, must say, that one special day has gone far beyond our best expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who dreams about a beach sunset venue with dedicated staff who let you fully enjoy your special day. Well done Katathani & Well done...
