Ta Restaurant — Restaurant in Karon

Didn't eat directly at the restaurant. We ordered at Kata noi beach. But realized that they brought the food from here.

Yeah, so the food took 40 minutes to arrive, we ordered a chicken sandwich and a ham and cheese sandwich.

The food had nothing to do with the pictures on the menu.

We asked if the ham and cheese had mayo in it, and we were assured there wasn't any multiple times, but then when it came, it had mayo in it anyways.

The chicken sandwich had a lump of raw onions in it and just simply was awful

The bread was stale and they've cut the crust off.

The fries were below mediocre, but probably the best thing about the meal.

This is a rather negative review, im aware that many people like this restaurant, but honestly, do some checks on the beach branch or whatever is happening there.

Simply the worst food we've had in the past 2 months in Thailand.

I dont know if this a branch, but at least they had cheap and tasty...

I was here 2 years ago for dinner and feel in love with the authentic food and service. I always wanted to come back but didn’t get a chance. Finally, managed to visit the restaurant again in Jan 2025 for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to see it crowded, which I thought they deserved but was clearly wrong. This time the experience was very different. They were extremely short staffed. Nobody bothered to tell us where to sit and after waiting for few min we just decided to choose a table and they made us move. The staff looked pretty unhappy and grumpy.
