Ku at Sea — Hotel in Ko Samet

Beautiful staged interior and fully functioning. It’s like 4 rooms on 1st floor with no elevator but only stairs (if you are old).

Aircon, fridge, safe, water, window to the back, lock on door, hangers, tv, coffee, kettle, towels, beach towels, breakfast at nearby restaurant by the sea (eggs, bacon, coffee, sausage, ham, salad, juice, water, 2x toasts), flip flops for the beach, beach bag, hairdryer, night stand, outlets, working desk, toilet and bath the same place, mirror, very very small sink!

Owner is kind to help. Cleaning is good except around the air condition in the bathroom it looks like mold.

It’s in a busy area but it was not too loud at all actually.

A bit pricey compared to the places next door.

Downstairs you have a good dessert restaurant / bakery too.

You have kiosks all around the room on the street.

Don’t keep you window open if you dislike cats as they wanna say hi.

You can dry towels when you open the window and there is a dry rack.

I really like the details in this room and place.

Door from the street is very squeaky and it might wake people up during the night as its glass scratching agains the floor.

Door to bathroom is very low so if you are tall like me you might hit your head on it a lot!

All in all a nice enough clean place. If it was cheaper I had booked for many more nights but I will say that they also are nicer rooms here than any of this...

The rooms are nice and attention to detail is evident. There is a large TV in the room with True TV connected so you can watch some TV if staying in.|The shower has very poor pressure but that is not major issue. The blinds are ok but do not block the light out from the corridor / reception light that is on all night. The biggest drawback is the noise as it is on a busy street and there is a noisy stairwell that everyone enters through. We both slept with headphones on which you shouldn’t have to do if paying over $110 a night!|It is important to note that you only get a room here with no manned reception. A keycard let’s you into the building and there are 6 upstair rooms...if you get rowdy fellow guests then bad luck!!|I wouldn’t stay here again if wanting a quiet place to sleep.|The plus is that it is only 20 meters to the beach. Nice room with exclusive beds and interior. Bathroom small and too close to toilet but nice. Nice tv with Many Channels and a climate friendly place for a vegan like me. But from herafter IT go down. Dont offer a complimentary drink in Lima bar and its not possible. I gave Lima bar the voucher but had to Pay for the drink. They said the drink was Water but did not tell us though we gave Them the voucher. And dont say my stay is with breakfast when There is No vegan options. You Can only chose one food and one drink. I had a a smoothie and could not have coffee then unless we paid. You should make up a plate with a food amount off food or let the guest choose what they need. Make a vegetarian or vegan option.
