I'd give 10 stars if I could. I chose this spa based on previous reviews and it exceeded my expectations. I ordered the 90 minute neck, back and shoulder massage from Mayu/Maiu and she was excellent. She was strong, professional and cracked my back superbly. She was skilled and her massage was thorough, balanced and relaxing. I never felt like she was rushing. She even gave my face a quick aloe massage to cool and soothe my redness - this was unexpected but welcomed.
