Will Wait — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

"Will Wait" is a versatile restaurant nestled in Koh Samui, boasting an extensive menu spanning from breakfast to dessert. They cater to a variety of tastes with European and Thai offerings.

Though I can't speak for their European cuisine, their Thai dishes never miss the mark. Each dish we sampled was bursting with freshness and flavor, promising an authentic and satisfying Thai culinary experience. The portions, too, are commendable, leaving no room for hunger pangs.

Although it doesn't rank as the cheapest dining option, the prices at "Will Wait" are certainly fair, especially considering the quality of the food. Most Thai dishes are priced around 150 baht, a small price to pay for the culinary delight you receive in return.

The Panang curry is a must-try, a harmonious blend of spice and creaminess that lingers on your palate. Their Laab, or "Larp" as their menu declares, is exceptional as well, offering a burst of fresh, tangy flavors. For a refreshing drink, their Thai iced tea is a knockout, and what better way to round off a meal than with their delectable fried banana dessert.

"Will Wait" is undoubtedly worth the detour if you find yourself in Koh Samui. Were we stationed in Lamai, we would frequent this eatery multiple times. But even residing a 30-minute distance away doesn't deter us; we plan to return before our departure from Koh Samui. Bonjour à tous ce qui vont me lire dans ce restaurant la nourriture est excellente mais les oiseaux piégé marque trop l’intention pour laisser de coté Prenez le temps pour vous rendre compte derrière votre écran de ces petits etres vivant qui sont enfermer dans des cages minuscule pour le plaisir humain encore, ils ont été créé pour voler ils ont cette chance de pouvoir voler et ils se trouve enfermer dans un petit espace Imaginez s’il vous plaît être dans une chambre sans jamais pouvoir y sortir . Cela n’est pas un élément de décoration ca donne juste pas envie de voir ça donc de ne pas revenir j’ai parler avec beaucoup d’anglais et français qui ne venait pas à cause de ça rendez vous compte même si c’est vous les serveurs qui lisez ça que c’est ces petit oiseaux on la chance de pouvoir voler alors laisser les voler ils ont rien à faire la pour le plaisir des gens qui d’ailleurs n’aiment pas . The pics of the breakfast sets include a pic of what appears to be a hot dog in place of a sausage, and there's no potato included, so I went with a soup and salad instead. The Cream of Tomato soup was good and the warm homemade bread served alongside it was a treat. The Caesar salad was just OK; it had iceburg lettuce instead of Romaine (or Cos) and the croutons weren't seasoned, only chunks of toasted baguette. No cheese was served on the salad but they brought out a jar of parmesan. I was still tempted to order some potatoes, but noticed they only had Roza, which is probably the worst ketchup of all time.
